Table minimums are posted at each roulette table. Bets may be placed until the dealer calls “no more bets.” After the ball lands on a number, the dealer then places a marker on the winning number, clears the layout and pays the winning bets accordingly. The dealer spins the ball in the opposite direction of the wheel. To avoid confusion, each player is given chips of a different color. Play begins when the players have placed most of their bets on the number layout. As many as 18 numbers can be bet with a single chip and payouts can be as high as 35 to 1. There are many different wagers available. The Roulette wheel has 36 numbers plus a “0” and a “00.” The numbers are alternately colored red and black with the “0” and the “00” in green.
